Ms. Balch has over 35 years’ experience as a paralegal and office manager. She began her career in Albuquerque, NM working for a criminal defense attorney and managing a five attorney law office. She moved to Boston in 1984 and began working in large and mid-size law firms. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University and has worked extensively in the area of litigation, focusing on insurance defense.
